Conveyors
Continuous Overhead and Floor Conveyors
The CT-180/300 Overhead Conveyor is made up of straight profiles, curves, ascents and descents, carrying parts through the painting line process. They are supplied according to the customer’s needs, meeting the appropriate working speed for production and load capacity according to the package of parts.
Floor conveyors provide a contamination-free paint line, with a pre-programmed speed that guarantees productivity as required. They are designed for light parts and are perfectly suited to painting rooms.
Tractor
Responsible for transmitting the chain of the overhead conveyor, the traction unit is driven by a geared motor, gears and a transmission chain. The tractor has a clutch for the safety of the equipment.
Pneumatic Lubricator
Its function is to lubricate the overhead conveyor chain at the necessary points, such as horizontal and vertical bearings and chain link splices. The system operates via the drive valve, generating a pulse of air which releases oil into the lubrication needles.
Pneumatic stretcher
The pneumatic tensioner acts via two cylinders to compensate for the loosening of the chain caused by thermal expansion. The cylinders push the tensioner assembly through a trolley, giving tension to the overhead conveyor chain.
C-T180/300 Chain
Special chains that transport the parts along the painting line. They work with vertical and horizontal bearings in their links, ensuring that the chain moves along the profiles with the stipulated load.
Conveyors
Power & Free Conveyor
The Power & Free conveyor consists of a flexible handling system that allows the use of buffers and indexing independent of the part being transported, optimizing production resources.
This makes it possible to work at different speeds throughout the system, providing greater flexibility and productivity.
The Power & Free conveyor consists of two rails:
The upper Power rail houses the traction chain equipped with dogs. The Free trolleys move freely along the system on the lower rail. The trolleys and chain are connected by the traction dogs.
Power Profiles
They are responsible for the traction of the assembly. It consists of a chain that is moved by a traction unit. Attached to the chain are the ‘dogs’ that index the Free rail trolleys.
CT-300 Chain
The CT-300 conveyor chain is made up of stamped profiles and horizontal and vertical bearings that run inside the profiles. The chain has connecting links and splices along its length.
Free Profiles
In the Free track, the trolleys move freely along the system. Trolleys and chain are connected by traction dogs. Indexing is carried out when an accumulation stop is opened, for example.
Load buffers
These are areas at certain points in the process where the load bars accumulate by changing their positioning axis, thus optimizing the line layout.
Moviflex System
On a painting line, the time spent on each process to finish the part is crucial to the quality of the product. Often this time ends up hindering production and delaying a large demand, due to the lack of intralogistics in the processes or equipment for efficient distribution. With this in mind, Erzinger has developed an innovative handling system that makes painting lines faster, more efficient and safer.
The Moviflex system was developed based on the need to transport large and heavy parts. The solution also has a compact and flexible layout according to the needs of the process. The equipment can be installed in factories in different segments such as: agricultural assemblers and implements, road implements and heavy structures in general.
Dynamic system
The system’s versatility means that different processes can be used on the same line, such as: blasting, washing booths, ovens, liquid or powder painting booths, freight elevators, work and inspection stations, intermediate stocks, among others.
Tractor
Mechanism responsible for moving the skids of parts into the equipment. The tractors are designed to receive the high temperature of the drying and polymerization ovens.
Transfer Carts
They work independently (automatically) or manually depending on the line, programmed to meet production demand. The trolleys move around the equipment carrying the packages of parts.
