Founded in 1969 in the city of Orleans, SC, Librelato is today one of the most innovative implement manufacturers in Brazil. The company celebrated its 55th anniversary in 2024 with around 1,600 employees.

Process:
  • Previous – Blasting, dedusting; liquid painting and drying paint in an oven
  • New – Blasting, dedusting; Spray washing with iron phosphate; Drying; Powder coating with WEG super durable technology; Polymerization.
Line changes:
  • Expansion of the conveyor line;
  • 2-stage iron phosphate pre-treatment system;
  • Drying oven for pre-treatment;
  • Powder coating booth with quick color change and double exhaust system;
  • Adaptation of the existing liquid paint curing oven for polymerization;
Solutions and results:
