Last month, Erzinger had the pleasure of participating in EBRATS 2024, the largest event in Latin America dedicated to the Surface Treatment segment, and we couldn’t be prouder of the success of our participation. The event was an incredible opportunity to present our innovative solutions and exchange experiences with industry professionals seeking quality, efficiency and sustainability in their production processes.
Highlights of our stand
During the fair, we had the chance to exhibit a complete powder coating line, which caught the attention of many visitors for its advanced technology and operational efficiency. Here are some of the components that most impressed the public:
- Pre-treatment systems: Essential for ensuring optimum surface preparation, these systems provide better paint adhesion and corrosion resistance.
- Power & Free Conveyor: This innovative system was one of the highlights, showing how it can optimize the transport of parts and improve flexibility in the production flow.
- PVC spray booth: Our PVC spray booth has also generated a lot of interest, with its ability to maintain a clean environment, sustaining high levels of dust capture and easy maintenance.
- Polymerization oven: Combining precision and energy efficiency, the polymerization oven ensures a durable, high-quality finish.
Virtual Reality Experience with the E-coat Line
One of the highlights of our stand was the immersive virtual reality experience, which allowed visitors to explore an E-coat (KTL) line. This technology offered a detailed insight into the electroplating process, demonstrating how Erzinger offers solutions for highly effective and sustainable protective coatings. The interaction was very well received, providing a clear understanding of the benefits that E-coat can bring to surface protection.
