The Erzinger Technical Center is a space dedicated to the success of our customers.
In addition to centralizing our entire customer service team, we have expanded our
structure to provide an innovative and excellent experience for our customers.
Erzinger is a pioneer in Brazil in building a laboratory that can simulate various
paint applications, whether powder or liquid, bringing our customers closer to the solutions
that meet their needs.
We connect our customers to this space, delivering agility in process validations,
safety and quality with the most innovative products on the
surface treatment and painting market.
Technological Lab
It allows our customers to carry out simulations of the application of powder and liquid paint, whether in manual, semi-automatic with retouching or robotized mode. The process validates new technologies and generates a complete analysis of the functionalities of Erzinger equipment. This way, we can guarantee the results that will be achieved in the customer’s process.
The line operates at speeds between 0.89 and 2.90m/min, has a maximum bar load of 200kg, processes parts up to 2m by 1.2m, an oven with a temperature of up to 230°C and automated application with more than 10 guns.

Powder Coating Booth in PVC
The combination of all the latest powder coating technologies in an antistatic PVC body. The innovative structure of this booth allows for quick color changes, better finish quality due to decentralized exhaust, more savings and greater application efficiency through a detection system that reads the geometry of the parts, increasing performance and application results by applying paint where it is needed, reducing overspray and particle breakage.
Air Curtain
Designed and built using innovative technologies, materials and state-of-the-art solutions, this keeps the equipment among the most flexible and user-friendly on the market.
This system allows the operator to teach the painting movement to the robot, which will reproduce it when it scans the presence of a part. It delivers the operational guarantee, with ATEX certification for classified environments.
Power & Free Overhead Conveyor
It consists of a flexible handling system that allows buffers to be used for other processes used and required on the production line, as well as independent indexing of the part being transported, optimizing production resources.
This makes it possible to work at different speeds throughout the system, providing greater flexibility and productivity.
Dry Paint Booth
It allows the testing of liquid applications, further increasing the possibilities of our laboratory.
The dry paint booth uses two filters: pleated paper and a blanket filter.
This combination ensures that all the overspray is captured, exhausting only air, free of paint particles. In this equipment, the process can be simulated step by step or in batches.
Cure Oven
Oven with buffers that allows real proof of the process result.
This equipment guarantees great flexibility for any process, being programmed specifically for each application.
This way, in addition to paint testing, it is possible to carry out curing and polymerization tests, guaranteeing maximum efficiency in the process.
Infrared curing system
It enables testing with infrared technology, which guarantees numerous advantages:
- High efficiency in transforming the catalytic combustion of gas into infrared energy.
- Shorter part time within the curing zone.
- Less physical space.
- Acts directly on the paint layer.
Powder and liquid paint guns
Powder and liquid paint guns for comparing results.
Wagner and Ektra powder applicators guarantee greater control of the application layer and increased paint recovery.
Wagner liquid applicators can be used for electrostatic painting, increasing the coverage area of the substrate.

Rooms
A space equipped for evaluation, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as the calibration of powder and liquid painting equipment to validate its performance. Our technicians are prepared to carry out any intervention.
This is also home to our entire arsenal of tools so that technicians can deliver a precise service with measurable data to customers, ensuring that they deliver accurate and excellent service.

Modern rooms equipped for face-to-face and online training, facilitating your learning and enhancing your knowledge.
There are two rooms which, together with the laboratory, allow for both theoretical and practical learning.
Training sessions are developed according to the client’s requirements and are specially designed for each piece of equipment. In them you can find out much more about the operation and technologies used, as well as all the maintenance recommended for optimum operation.
