How it works?
Smart in Line is an interactive interface that captures production data from painting lines using sensors spread throughout the process. Its use makes it possible to correlate data from various processes and identify trends in real time, enabling important events to be detected and predicted in good time, leading to fewer failures, greater productivity and lower costs in products and services.
According to the variables collected, various dashboards will be generated to facilitate interpretation and monitoring of the equipment’s working conditions. Each variable has a specific way of being presented due to the reading conditions and measurement scales, so whenever possible we try to present them in percentage form, so that comparing variables with different magnitudes or scales is more didactic.
The main objective of these measurements is to guarantee the customer’s end process and create the opportunity for a more dynamic logistics process that is committed to the customer’s operation.
