Enameling
Booth
For enameling flat parts, electronic reciprocators with horizontally positioned guns guarantee the ideal paint thickness and uniformity.
The gun/part distance can be adjusted automatically by means of motorized bases, and all the guns are easily adjustable from outside the booth.

Walls
PVC sandwich structure, 10 cm thick, which creates an anti-static effect so that a minimum amount of powder can adhere to the walls.
Filter and sieve
The filters are built with a long-lasting sinter plate for maximum efficiency. The sieve has a rotating system, and is integrated into the feed container for easy access and cleaning.
Central Module
Gun control: modular technology and the possibility of expansion guarantee the best conditions for obtaining good results in powder enameling operations.
Spray Guns
Equipped with a high transfer capacity voltage amplifier, as well as a self-cleaning atomized air nozzle.
Big bag loading system
Allows continuous feeding of powdered enamel without contaminating the environment.

Allows the temperature and relative humidity parameters of the compressed air circuit to be adjusted.
Painting Lines for
Aluminum Profiles
Erzinger presents its line of vertical aluminum profile painting to the domestic market, developing solutions that meet the needs of the processes and demands of the sector. Vertical profile painting is an innovation in the equipment market as it gives the process a significant increase in productivity and efficiency in terms of part coverage.
Load and profiles
Catering for profiles of up to 7.5 m, Erzinger’s vertical painting lines have the full range of products needed for the correct application of the surface treatment: paint booths, drying and curing ovens, pre-treatment spray tunnels and overhead conveyors are some of the pieces of equipment that make up the solution.
Color change and automation
Erzinger’s vertical profile painting booths are prepared for color change and can operate with up to 24 automatic guns, attached to an electromechanical reciprocator with an adjustable stroke according to the size of the profile. All the equipment needed to clean and set up the machine is supplied and dimensioned according to the project’s needs.
