If you’ve already read the article in our feed Customer Service – Erzinger Worldwideyou may already know that our company is already present in several countries and on the most diverse continents, implementing high-tech painting lines that impact the lives of people all over the globe.

This post is dedicated to the technical support provided by our Customer Service team around the world, because Erzinger could not fail to provide all the assistance and support to these partners.

Here are some of the countries in which Erzinger has provided assistance:

India: one of the newest countries to receive our equipment. One of our surface pre-treatment and E-coat painting lines is located in the city of Jaipur. This painting line is identical to the one the client already had at his plant in Brazil.

Still in India, but now in the city of Hosur, near Bangalore, our third impregnation oven is in operation, as is equipment installed in other plants of this same customer located in Brazil and Mexico.

Paraguay: one of the Latin American countries that received one of our powder coating and surface pre-treatment lines. One of our technicians was sent to be part of the start-up of the equipment so that in the future he can help in the event of any customer needs.

Cuba: one of the first international lines supplied by Erzinger is located in Cuba and is still visited by our technicians to carry out preventive maintenance procedures on the equipment.

Vietnam: A great example of how good service can open doors, this opportunity arose after the excellent service provided by Erzinger at the domestic plant of one of our customers, which implemented another line at its plant in Vietnam. Two more lines will soon be in operation in Mexico and Indonesia, all using Erzinger equipment.

Other countries we couldn’t fail to mention are the United States, which received Erzinger equipment through a partnership signed in 2022, and Argentina, which already has E-coat painting equipment and continuous powder coating lines.
